Lynn Marchildon
Litigator for Federal Government who defends the Federal Government in First Nations Claims

Lynn will give a 20 minute  overview of Canada’s history with indigenous people,  how our policies and conduct over the last 170 years or so have created an enormous legal and financial exposure on the part of mostly the federal government and what to expect going forward.

Lynn is a litigator for the federal government who defends against First Nation claims.  But these days she  works  closely with First Nations and their legal counsel to try to settle or narrow their claims against the government as much as possible.

I have heard great things from Jennifer about your club and look forward to joining your group for the evening.
